01Multi-site WAN cutover, Perth, 2026

WAN cutover and SD-WAN tunnel recovery

Multi-site cutover of a business to new WAN links. At each site we attended, verified connectivity on the NTD's UniD-2 port, cut the site over to the new service, and confirmed the tunnels from their SD-WAN devices re-established. At one site the UniD-2 port came up dead, so we captured from a laptop on the port to prove the link was not answering and got it resolved with the carrier before the cutover went ahead.
