Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect personal information across our services.
Last updated: 25 August 2026
01What we collect
When you enquire with us or become a client, we collect the information needed to provide our services: your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details, and the technical information required to operate your services (such as domain registrant details and hosting account configuration).
Our website contact form delivers your enquiry into Azoria Leads, our own enquiry system (see Storage and security for where it is hosted), and emails you a copy with a link to delete it whenever you like. We do not buy, sell, or trade personal information.
02How we use it
We use personal information to deliver the services you have engaged us for, to respond to enquiries, to invoice you, and to notify you about matters affecting your services, such as renewals, maintenance, or security issues. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
03Content on hosted services
If we host your website or run an AI agent for your business, the data inside those services (your site content, your customers' enquiries, your job records) belongs to you. We access it only to provide support, maintain the service, or as required by law.
04Enquiries through our clients' websites
Some of our clients use Azoria Leads, our enquiry system, to receive enquiries from their own website. If you filled in a contact form on a business's site and it reached that system, we hold your details on that business's behalf – not for ourselves. We do not use them for our own purposes, we do not add you to any list, and we never sell them.
The business you contacted decides what your enquiry is used for and how long it is kept, so their privacy policy is the one that applies to you. The copy we email you includes a link to delete your enquiry at any time, and you can also ask that business directly.
05Cookies and analytics
Our website uses our own analytics, part of Azoria Leads, to understand how visitors use it – which pages are viewed, how long they are viewed for, the referring site, your time zone, and your screen size. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, and it does not identify you personally.
We use this information only in aggregate, to improve the site, and we do not combine it with anything you submit through our contact form. The data is processed on our Azoria Leads infrastructure, which is hosted overseas in Singapore and the United States – see Storage and security below.
06Disclosure
We disclose information to third parties only where necessary to deliver a service you have requested – for example, passing registrant details to a domain registry when registering a domain, or configuring a third-party platform you have asked us to integrate with – or where required by law.
07Storage and security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including access controls, encryption in transit, and routine backups.
Not everything we run is hosted in Australia. Azoria Leads, our enquiry system, is hosted overseas in Singapore and the United States – the servers holding enquiries are in Singapore, and the United States covers Cloudflare, which delivers our clients' sites and screens their contact forms for bots. Enquiries captured through it are therefore stored and handled overseas. Where a service is hosted elsewhere we will tell you which one and where, on request.
08Access and correction
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
09Complaints
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
