Where are the servers?
In Australia. Your site and its backups stay onshore, which keeps latency low for Australian visitors and keeps the answer simple when a client asks where their data lives.
Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes, and it is usually included. We copy the site, test it on the new server before anything changes, then cut the DNS over so visitors do not land on a broken page mid-move.
Will there be downtime when I move?
Almost never. The site runs in both places while DNS propagates, so traffic drains from the old host rather than falling off it. Email needs a little more planning, and we walk you through that part.
Is SSL really included?
Yes, on every plan, renewed automatically. A certificate is not an upsell – a site without one is marked insecure in every browser.
What does the 99.9% uptime SLA actually mean?
It is a written commitment with a remedy attached, not a slogan. What counts as downtime, what is excluded, and how to claim are set out in our Service Level Agreement.
What if I want to leave?
