Business Automation
Spend the evening with your family, not the paperwork
Business automation with n8n and AI agents
We use n8n and AI agents to automate the repetitive admin inside small businesses. The quoting, invoicing, data entry, and chasing still happens. You just stop being the one doing it.
01What we automate
The jobs that follow you home
Every small business has a handful of tasks that are repetitive, important, and always done after hours. Those are the ones worth automating first.
01
Quotes and invoices
Job details go in, a quote comes out. Approved work becomes a draft invoice in your accounting software with nothing re-typed.
02
Data entry
Details from emails, website forms, and PDFs land in your spreadsheet, CRM, or job board already sorted.
03
Follow-ups
Quotes nobody has answered and invoices nobody has paid get chased on a schedule, politely, without you remembering.
04
Bookings and reminders
Jobs get confirmed, the calendar gets updated, and the customer gets a reminder the day before.
05
Weekly reporting
The numbers you currently assemble by hand on a Sunday arrive in your inbox already assembled.
06
Onboarding paperwork
New customer or new hire: forms, folders, and the welcome email all created in one pass.
02How it's built
n8n for the wiring. AI agents for the judgement.
Two parts, each doing what it is good at. Together they cover nearly every piece of admin a small business repeats.
01
n8n, the workflow engine
n8n connects the apps you already use and moves work between them, either the moment something happens or on a schedule. Hundreds of apps have ready-made connectors, and anything with an API can be wired in. It can run on our infrastructure or on a server you own, so your business data stays where you want it.
02
AI agents, for the steps that need a decision
Workflows are exact but literal. When a step needs reading, summarising, or deciding – a supplier email, a photo of a parts list, a message that could be a new job or a complaint – an AI agent handles that step and hands the result back to the workflow.
Every run is logged, so you can see what happened, when, and why. If you want the agent side on its own, that is our autonomous AI agents service.

04How we do it
From a Sunday spent on admin to a Sunday off
01
Find the time sinks
We walk through a normal week with you and write down the tasks that repeat: who does them, how long they take, and where they go wrong.
02
Build the workflow
We build it in n8n against your real accounts, with an AI agent on any step that needs reading or a judgement call.
03
Run it beside you
It runs alongside how you work now until the output is right every time. Nothing goes out under your name until you have approved how it reads.
04
Hand over and monitor
It goes live, we watch the runs, and we adjust as the business changes. When something fails, it tells us rather than your customer.
05FAQ
Questions we get asked
- What is n8n?
- A workflow engine that connects the apps you already use and moves work between them, either the moment something happens or on a schedule. It can run on our infrastructure or on a server you own.
- Do I have to change the software I use?
- No. The point is to automate around the tools your team already knows. Hundreds of apps have ready-made connectors, and anything with an API can be wired in.
- What if the automation makes a mistake?
- Every run is logged, so you can see what happened, when, and why. When something fails it tells us rather than your customer, and nothing goes out under your name until you have approved how it reads.
- How much of my week can realistically be automated?
- Usually the repetitive, rule-shaped parts: quoting, invoicing, data entry, follow-ups, reminders, reporting. Work that needs judgement stays with you, and we will tell you plainly when a task is not worth automating.
- Where does it run?
- On our infrastructure or on yours, whichever suits. If your business data needs to stay somewhere specific, we build it there.
- What does it cost to keep running?
- There is the build, then the running cost of the workflow itself and any AI usage behind it. We quote both up front so the ongoing number is never a surprise.
What are you still doing by hand?
Tell us the task you dread most each week. We'll tell you plainly whether it's worth automating, what it takes to build, and what it costs.
