Most of this industry quotes in private and hopes. This page is the pricing we actually work from: how website projects are quoted, the rates we charge for on-site work across Perth metro, and what hosting costs. Every job is still quoted in writing – these are the numbers the quote is built from.
01Web design & development
Websites: a fixed price, agreed before work starts
Website projects aren't billed by the hour. The work is scoped, quoted as a fixed price in writing, and the number you agree to is the number you pay.

Every build includes our own analytics platform and lead automation – enquiries land in Azoria Leads, and follow-ups like a Google review request 30 days after the enquiry run on their own.

- Page count, e-commerce, custom functionality, and whether you want to edit content yourself all move the number. A brochure site costs less than a store or a custom application.

- Hosting with us starts at $29 a month – Australian servers, SSL, daily backups, our analytics and lead automation, and a content update each month handled for you. You own the site either way, and you're welcome to host it elsewhere.

02Smart hands & on-site support
On-site work: straightforward hourly pricing
Professional on-site technical support across Perth and regional Western Australia – from network troubleshooting and hardware replacements to server deployments, rack installations and data centre smart hands. One hourly rate across Perth, a regional rate past 100 km, a one-hour minimum, no kilometre charge within 10 km of base, and multipliers after hours. Every job is quoted and confirmed in writing before attendance, so you know what to expect.
The rate
One published rate for on-site and smart hands work during business hours, whoever is booking it.

- Ex GST. The same rate whether the job is a switch swap or a full rack build.
- Minimum per job1 hour
- Enough to cover turning up properly. A twenty-minute job costs an hour, not an afternoon.
- After the minimum30-min blocks
- Time past the minimum, on site or on the road, is billed in half-hour blocks, not rounded-up hours.
- TravelNo kms under 10 km
- Driving time is on the clock at the hourly rate. Kilometres are free within 10 km of our base; beyond that, $1 per km for the distance outside the zone, each way. No callout fee.
Driving time is billed at the hourly rate from base, door to door, wherever the site is. The kilometres are what the 10 km zone waives: inside it the vehicle line is $0, and beyond it the vehicle is charged at $1 per km for the distance outside the zone, each way. Both lines are worked out from the site address and shown on the quote. Past 100 km from Perth the regional rate takes over, below.
MSP & industry partnerships
Reliable on-site hands in Western Australia for the companies that don't have any
Azoria works with managed service providers, technology vendors and national IT service companies requiring reliable on-site technical assistance throughout Western Australia. We offer negotiated partner rates, flexible scheduling and support for both individual service requests and larger multi-site deployments.
Partner rates are agreed privately on volume, travel, technical requirements and guaranteed hours, and apply once we confirm the arrangement in writing. Until then, work is quoted at the published rate.

After-hours and emergency work carries a multiplier on the rate in effect. Regional WA has its own hourly rate; remote and mine sites are quoted per job.

- Scheduled change windows, office moves, and anything else that has to happen while the business is closed. Public holidays are billed as Sundays.

- Unscheduled, drop-everything work at any hour. Priced so you only use it when it's genuinely that kind of day.
- Regional WA$180/hr · beyond 100 km
- Any site more than 100 km from Perth. The regional rate covers time on site and on the road, plus $1 per km each way, booked in advance as scheduled work.
- Remote and mine sitesDay rate + costs
- Flights, inductions, and accommodation agreed before the date is locked in. Taken on a limited basis.

Questions we get asked
- What does a website cost?
- Websites start at $499, and from there it depends on how many pages there are and how much of it is custom. We scope the work first and quote a fixed price in writing before anything starts, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
- What's the minimum?
- One hour on site during business hours, for everyone, then half-hour blocks. A twenty-minute job costs an hour, not an afternoon. Scheduled after-hours work carries a four-hour minimum, and an emergency callout a two-hour minimum, because work at that hour costs more than the time on site.
- How is travel charged?
- Driving time is billed at the hourly rate from base, door to door, like any other time on the job. Kilometres are free within 10 km of our base by road; beyond that, the vehicle is charged at $1 per km for the distance outside the zone, each way. There is no callout fee anywhere. The per-km figure sits a little above the ATO's cents-per-kilometre rate because it also covers the tools and test gear insured in the ute; it's there to cover diesel, tyres, rego, insurance and wear rather than to make a profit on driving. Both lines are worked out from the site address and shown on the quote before anything is booked.
- What counts as regional?
- Anything more than 100 km from Perth. Regional work is billed at $180/hr ex GST for time on site and on the road, plus $1 per km each way, and is booked in advance as scheduled work rather than a callout. Remote and mine sites are different again: a day rate with flights, inductions and accommodation agreed before the date is locked in.
- Are the rates negotiable?
- The published rate is the rate for one-off and direct work. MSPs, vendors and national IT service companies sending regular work can talk to us about a partner arrangement, which is negotiated privately on volume, travel, technical requirements and guaranteed hours rather than published here.
- What counts as after-hours?
- Anything outside Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Weeknight and Saturday work is billed at 1.5 times the rate, and Sundays and public holidays at 2 times, with a four-hour minimum for scheduled after-hours work. The multiplier applies to every chargeable hour outside business hours, including travel. An emergency is when you need us to drop everything and come now, and that's 2 times, whatever the clock says.
- Is GST included?
- Rates exclude GST, and GST is added where it applies, on the same terms as everything else we bill. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
