What it costs, before you have to ask

Published pricing for websites, hosting, and on-site IT support

Most of this industry quotes in private and hopes. This page is the pricing we actually work from: how website projects are quoted, the rates we charge for on-site work across Perth metro, and what hosting costs. Every job is still quoted in writing – these are the numbers the quote is built from.

01Web design & development

Websites: a fixed price, agreed before work starts

Website projects aren't billed by the hour. The work is scoped, quoted as a fixed price in writing, and the number you agree to is the number you pay.

Websites from $499 ex GST, quoted fixed in writing

Every build includes our own analytics platform and lead automation – enquiries land in Azoria Leads, and follow-ups like a Google review request 30 days after the enquiry run on their own.

How it's pricedFixed quote
The work is scoped first and quoted as a fixed price in writing before anything starts. The number you agree to is the number you pay – no hourly meter running.
What moves the priceScope
Page count, e-commerce, custom functionality, and whether you want to edit content yourself all move the number. A brochure site costs less than a store or a custom application.
Ongoing costsFrom $29/mo
Hosting with us starts at $29 a month – Australian servers, SSL, daily backups, our analytics and lead automation, and a content update each month handled for you. You own the site either way, and you're welcome to host it elsewhere.

What a build includes, recent work, and how a project runs is on the web design page. Ready for a number? Request a fixed quote.

02Smart hands & on-site support

On-site work: an hourly rate and a partner ladder

Hands-on work across Perth metro is billed by the hour – one standard rate for one-off jobs, partner rates for MSPs bringing steady work, and multipliers after hours. Every job is still quoted in writing before it's booked; this page is what the quote is built from, not a substitute for one.

The standard rate

For one-off and direct work with no agreement in place.

Hourly rate$130/hr
Ex GST. The same rate whether the job is a switch swap or a full rack build.
Minimum per job1 hour
Enough to cover turning up properly. A twenty-minute job costs an hour, not an afternoon.
After the minimum30-min blocks
Time on site past the minimum is billed in half-hour blocks, not rounded-up hours.
TravelMetro included
Perth metro carries no callout fee and no per-kilometre charges. It's in the rate.

Partner plans

For MSPs, vendors, and integrators. The paperwork gets done once, up front; from there, the more committed the plan, the lower the rate and the further up the dispatch queue you sit.

Registered

$105/hr ex GST

  • 1-hour minimum
  • No retainer, no term
  • Dispatch ahead of casual work

Your NDA and subcontractor agreement on file, your runbook and ticketing formats set up once, so the first urgent job doesn't start with legal.

Priority

$95/hr ex GST

  • 1-hour minimum
  • 5 hours/month, 3-month term
  • Dispatch ahead of Registered

For a steady trickle of jobs. A dedicated contact, monthly reporting, and same-day urgent attendance where the calendar allows.

Dedicated

$85/hr ex GST

  • 1-hour minimum
  • 20 hours/month, 3-month term
  • First call on the calendar

For MSPs running real WA volume. First-priority dispatch, same-day urgent included, and a rate that beats employing it away.

Retainer hours are invoiced whether used or not, and don't roll over. That's what pays for the discount. Hours can be increased at any time at the same rate, and escalation always goes to you, never to your client.

After hours and further out

Multipliers apply to your rate, not the standard one, so partner pricing follows you into the change window.

After hours and weekendsRate × 1.5 · 4-hour minimum
Scheduled change windows, office moves, and anything else that has to happen while the business is closed.
Emergency calloutRate × 2 · 2-hour minimum
Unscheduled, drop-everything work at any hour. Priced so you only use it when it's genuinely that kind of day.
Regional WADay rate + travel
Driveable sites quoted per job with the travel day included, booked in advance as scheduled work.
Remote and mine sitesDay rate + costs
Flights, inductions, and accommodation agreed before the date is locked in. Taken on a limited basis.

Regional and remote work is covered in more detail on the smart hands page, including where we travel and on what terms.

What that means in dollars

Four jobs, priced the way the invoice would actually read.

  • A business calls us to a two-hour switch swap

    2 hrs × $130

    $260

Billed for the time on site, in half-hour blocks past the first hour. No callout fee on top.

  • A Registered MSP needs 45 minutes of remote hands

    1 hr × $105

    $105

The same one-hour minimum at the partner rate, dispatched ahead of casual work, because the agreements were signed before the job existed.

  • A Priority partner needs the same 45 minutes

    1 hr × $95

    $95

Drawn from the monthly retainer. This is the job the ladder exists for.

  • A Dedicated partner books a four-hour after-hours rack move

    4 hrs × $85 × 1.5

    $510

The multiplier applies to the partner rate, not the standard one. The ladder holds after dark.

03Hosting

04FAQ

Questions we get asked

What does a website cost?
Websites start at $499, and from there it depends on how many pages there are and how much of it is custom. We scope the work first and quote a fixed price in writing before anything starts, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
What's the minimum?
One hour on site during business hours, for everyone, then half-hour blocks. A twenty-minute job costs an hour, not an afternoon. Scheduled after-hours work carries a four-hour minimum, and an emergency callout a two-hour minimum, because work at that hour costs more than the time on site.
Are the rates negotiable?
The rates aren't; the plan is. If you're bringing regular work, move down the ladder. That's what it's for. We'd rather publish honest numbers than start high and haggle.
What counts as after-hours?
Anything outside Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm: evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Scheduled after-hours work is billed at 1.5 times your rate. An emergency is when you need us to drop everything and come now, and that's 2 times, whatever the clock says.
Is GST included?
Rates exclude GST, and GST is added where it applies, on the same terms as everything else we bill. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
