Autonomous AI Agents
Your business keeps running while you sleep
Autonomous AI agents for Australian businesses
AI agents that handle leads, process jobs, and take care of admin around the clock. Built for trade and transport businesses that can't afford to miss a call.
01What autonomous means
Agents act. Chatbots chat.
An autonomous agent makes decisions, takes actions, and completes tasks independently, inside boundaries you set.
01
Not chatbots
Chatbots answer questions. Agents take action: they make decisions, trigger processes, and complete tasks without waiting for you.
02
On duty around the clock
Your agent doesn't clock off or call in sick. Work gets handled the moment it arrives, including at 3am.
03
Built around your business
We configure agents for trade and transport businesses in Australia, around your actual workflows rather than a generic template.
04
Works inside your tools
Email, job management, scheduling, invoicing, CRM. The agent operates in the software your team already uses.
02Real example
An actual conversation, not a mock-up
Job details go in, draft invoices come out. This agent reads line items straight off a photo of a parts list, applies the business's markup rules, and creates draft invoices in Xero.

03What it does
The routine work, handled
You define the rules. The agent executes them while you're on the tools, driving, or asleep.
01
Always-on lead response
An enquiry lands at 11pm on a Friday. The agent responds, qualifies the lead, and books a callback before Monday.
02
End-to-end job processing
From quote request to confirmation: collecting details, sending estimates, chasing approvals, scheduling.
03
Connects to existing tools
Works with your email, calendar, invoicing, and CRM. Nothing you rely on gets ripped out.
04
You define the rules
Set your business logic once. The agent follows it every time, exactly as written.
05
Less admin
Routine back-and-forth gets handled automatically, so your week goes to the work that pays.
06
Grows with the workload
Ten enquiries or two hundred, the agent processes them the same way at the same speed.

06FAQ
Questions we get asked
- Will it sound like a robot to my customers?
- Not if it is set up properly. You approve how it reads before anything goes out under your name, and where an agent corresponds with your customers it never pretends to be a person.
- What happens when it gets something wrong?
- It escalates to you rather than guessing. You decide which decisions an agent is allowed to make on its own and which ones stop and wait for a human.
- Does it need to replace the software I already use?
- No. Agents work alongside your existing email, calendar, accounting, and job management tools. Ripping out working software is the fastest way to make a business worse.
- Where does my data go?
- Language model requests are routed through OpenRouter to third-party providers, some of them overseas. That is why what you put into an agent matters, and it is set out plainly in our Data Processing Agreement and sub-processors list.
- How long before it is actually useful?
- It runs alongside how you work now until the output is right every time. Nothing is switched on and left unattended on day one.
- What if I want to turn it off?
- Then you turn it off. The work goes back to being done the way it was before, because the agent was automating your process rather than replacing it with one only it understands.
